One of the simplest yet effective remedy to improve the Sun - if it’s in maran-karan or debilitated or has malefic influence or just like that- is to drink water from copper vessel- just keep it overnight and drink it the first thing in the morning. Tried and tested! But I bet it’s not easy to do the remedy of any planet until and unless planets asks us for it. Like I always knew this remedy ( I am sure- u all also know about it) but I started it just few days before my SUN PD started and that too subconsciously. Later when I checked my dasha I could connect the dots. Observe the dashas and the things you do subconsciously related to that planet.

So definitely if you have too much of Saturn energy- u will attract Saturnian kinda people. To reduce the energy of a particular planet- do the donations related to that planet. To gain the energy of a specific planet- wear the stone related to that or visiting a mandir associated with that deity will help increase the energy levels.
